First Passion, Knowledge and/or your experience on the niche.

Then the demand for it (Are people searching for it? if yes, is the number of search good enough to make it worthwhile?).

How can you Earn Money by Blogging?

Once you start a blog, there are endless ways to make money from it. Putting it in one sentence, you can make money from a blog through advertisement display on your blog.

And there are different forms of advertisement. The simplest being Adsense. Adense is a pay per click program. You register to have ads related to your content displayed on your blog. And when someone clicks on any of the ads, you make some few cents. If you have a good number of visitors to your site, it could add up really fast.

How do I know my Blog has been Visited?

There are different methods or softwares that track a blog's visitors. And they are all free.

Some of the information tracked are, who is visiting your site (number of daily and monthly visitors), where they are coming from, their IP addresses, countries, and the pages they visited on your site.

This is probably due to lack of promotion on your part.

How can you get more people to know about a recently launched blog?

One of the best ways is through word of mouth. Start with your friends. Then find related blogs and leave meaningful comments. If you leave a relevant comment people would be clicking on your link to check out your blog. But if you just leave comments like "Thanks for a great post" this promoting method will be fruitless.

How do you Create an Interesting Blog

To create an interesting blog, first you MUST be passionate about the topic. It must be a topic you could close your eyes and still talk about.

This way blogging becomes fun and your excitement about the topic will flow around to your visitors and readers which will make them always want to come back and read your blog.

What does Subscribe to Feed on Blog mean? And how does it benefit you?

Subscribe to feed simply enables visitors to get and read your recent posts on your blog without actually visiting your blog.

Your feed can be available to people through RSS (see blogging terms) or email subscription provided by feedburner.

The benefits of this is that it keeps readers up-to-date with your blog updates.

Most readers don't always return to a blog after the first visit. But when they subscribe to your feed they are constantly reminded of your site through the delivery of regular content. And when they read an interesting post they feel like commenting on or see others comments they will click through to your blog, giving you repeated visits.

The downside to feed subscription is that most readers just read your content and don't visit your blog.

Anything! As long as there is a good number of people searching for the topic, a blog can be written about it.

So what is that thing that you think is too stupid to form a blog topic? Do a research on it (see effective keyword research) and if it happens to have good number of monthly searches, go set up a blog about it before others beat you to it!

Does Blogging have any effects on bloggers?

Of course it does. Positively and maybe not too ... positively.

Positively because in the process of blogging you get to learn new things everyday and it won't just be about blogging.

Your writing skills will greatly improve among other things. Hmmm... like you get to make money too!

Blogging also forces you to get focused and take responsibility.

The not so positive effect? Well, I for one hardly sleep, always up at night planning and writing content. And I believe this applies to some others too. Though you can freelance your content writing to others if you can take on the expense.

What are the differences between a Blog and a Website?

The major difference between a blog and a website is that website requires techie knowledge and skills to set up but blogs can be set up in as little as few minutes by a complete tech dummy.

Are Blogs and Blogging Safe?

Blogs and blogging are safe IF you don't:

For personal blogs

Share too much personal information of yourself and family. Like home addresses, office addresses, photos of family e.t.c.

For business blogs

Do not use copyrighted content in any form.

Do not use other people's content without permission. If you are using public articles on your blog, make sure you leave the author's bio so he takes credit for his work.

Every blogger has different method that works best for him or her.

Can a Blog use the title of another Blog if it is a common place?

Answer

Yes it can. But it will be better you create your own style. You don't have to use word for word the title of another blogger's blog, except it happens coincidentally in which case you don't have to edit your title just to be different.
