Blogger Help Series 6 - Publishing Post in Blogger
This series of Blogger help shows the step by step way of how to write and publish a post in Google blogger including adding images and videos to your posts.
Blog posting in blogger is very easy to do. You can add images, videos and schedule posts with just a click of the mouse.
And it supports some HTML tags that you can use to further beautiful your posts.
Making your First Blogger Post
Sign in to your blogger dashboard and click on NEW POST. Enter a title for your post and start typing.

You can easily upload images and videos from your computer.
You can also change the background of each paragraph of your text.
To know the function of each HTML tag just place your mouse on it and it will display what it is for.
Below the text document area you will see "Post Options". Click on it to schedule articles if you want. Scheduling post can be a good technique to use to keep your blog up-to-date and save some time.
If you have time you can decide to write 5 posts at once and set them to be published on your blog on different days of the week. That frees up some time for you to do other things.
Click on "Schedule At" and enter the date you want it published on your blog.
Or leave it on Automatic to have it published immediately.
How to Create Categories in Blogger for your Posts
In place of categories, Blogger uses Labels.
After typing a post enter the name of the category as a label. Do that every time you make a post.
If you are posting to a category that you have entered as a label before, still enter it again. It wouldn't display it more than once. Rather it places the post under that category.
Preview your post. Don't forget to use the 'ABC' spell function to spell check before publishing.
If you use hyper-text to link to other sites, make sure such links work before publishing to your blog.
