What is defined as "help"

My website is concerned with making stuff - crafts. Does that qualify as helping people?

I think the important thing is be passionate about it. Just because you want money and money only doesn't matter. Anyone making money has to offer something, maybe the only thing you are offering is a collection of advertisement but you are offering something and you are helping someone find something.

Trump does not have a health facility but the businesses he does run help people have an upscale place to live, a place to enjoy themselves on vacation etc.

If you are greedy, not offering something of quality and great customer service, it will fail no matter what it is.

If you don't give and only want to receive then it will be perceived as shallow and the money will be lost anyway, flash in the pan.
